new home #09

One of the most beautiful homes we've seen, this Beecraft beach front home at Palm beach is stunning! We cant go into details of every room because there is so much to love about it but here is our summary of the entire home. Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with castle/royal looking sandstone blocks, white picket fencing and white balustrades, large windows overlooking the ocean, open and spacious balconies and multi car garages for this beach font beauty. Throughout the home is strong timber flooring that is contrasted spectacularly with white cabinetry, contemporary artwork, and predominantly white tiled bathrooms. We love the shower seat in the master bedroom's ensuite. Walking up and down the levels via magnificent staircases with in-wall stairway lighting, chandeliers and that magnificent window providing so much natural beauty through the walkway, not to mention the visual appeal... jaw-dropping. However, if your too tired to take the stairs, just jump in the lift - how good is that?! Continue through to out the back and the sandstone continues all around the home. Sandstone paving and sandstone steps through the elevated garden beds with olive trees and rosemary from the Beecraft nursery, as well as other natives. Although you can't get a solid idea from the photos, the layout of the home is perfect, taking advantage of the view and it's position in the best possible way. Kitchen, living, dining rooms and bedrooms looking over Palm Beach with the option to walk out onto the balconies, or take in the view while your cooking, waking up, eating or sitting in front of the fire for those cooler winter evenings. We can't do it justice on the internet but we gave it our best shot. Have a look through the photos on hour Houzz for more details...
