Sensational location on the Northern Beaches overlooking Newport Beach, this alterations and additions project was a fun one for the Beecraft team. Whilst working throughout the whole home, the main features included a new cellar, laundry, outdoor entertainment area, and living room. The outdoor area is one of our favourites with everything you need to keep the family and guests comfortable - spacious seating, 10 burner BBQ, mini bar fridges, sandstone feature and white cabinetry, all situated by the pool (not pictured). The cellar is beautifully custom designed using cedar timber wine racks, sandstone tiles and a marble bench top. Open up the large cedar cellar doors to a double wine fridge and heaps of storage. As far as laundries go, this one is pretty neat! Plenty of room with sandstone tiles, timber shelves and Smeg appliances. You'll find even more sandstone in the new family room as the feature wall and fireplace. The subtly consistent use of sandstone throughout this home is gorgeous, with matching walls, feature walls and flooring. A beautiful beaches home - check out our Houzz for more photos
